Formula Rossa Roller Coaster at Ferrari World

The Formula Rossa is part of Ferrari World, a theme park in the United Arab Emirates, and the ride reaches a top speed of 149.1 miles per hour.
Ferrari Formula 1 drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa are one of the first to try it out. I’m sure that they are used to speed, but you will see that there is a look of terror in their faces.
This roller coaster is a “simulation” of the F1 driving experience. It can carry 16 passengers on four cars, and climbs to a maximum height of 171 feet. You will notice it’s opening burst of speed that takes it from 0-100 kilometers per hour in two seconds, you might also notice the sudden drops and sharp turns to take the rider up to 1.7 Gs.
