In addition to the device, Oppo is also provides a 1-year Screen Damage Insurance worth RM128 free with the Gilded R5. The insurance offers a one-time replacement for free in the event that the screen on your Gilded R5 is damaged or defected in any way. In terms of specs, the Gilded R5 is essentially the same as the standard (non-Gilded?) Oppo R5 but with the distinct gold coloured metal frame that wraps the device (the standard R5 gets a plain old silver coloured metal frame).
