據南韓傳媒報道，Galaxy S3跟全球熱賣的S2一樣，會配備超高質AMOLED屏幕，而3D版更會升級至最少4.5吋的720p高清3D觸控芒，毋須配戴特製眼鏡，就可欣賞3D電影和玩3D遊戲，
S3規格據悉相當強勁，配備Exynos四核處理器，支援4G LTE網絡，採用最新的Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich作業系統，內置1,200萬像素鏡頭及2GB RAM。
3D手機不是新產品，LG及HTC都有裸眼技術的3D手機，但因缺乏3D遊戲及影片，一直未能掀起熱賣潮，且看三星Galaxy是否可扭轉大勢。
