The overall design resemblance of the Ford Kuga, and coincidently Ford Espace will wear the 'Kuga' badge when it is sold in some countries.
There will be 3 engines available for the all-new Escape. A 1.6 EcoBoost with 173bhp and 240Nm, a 2.0 EcoBoost that offers 237bhp and 338Nm and a 2.5litre engine with 168bhp and 226 Nm of torque.
