Honda Civic Hybrid is cheaper by RM21,000 now at RM108,980 OTR with insurance! Thanks to fully waived excise and import duty, the price of Civic Hybrid now undercuts the 1.8S Civic's price (petrol engined). Personally, I will choose the Civic Hybrid over Honda City since there's just a mild difference in their price.
The same goes to Toyota Prius. After the waives, Toyota Prius is now more affordable at RM139,900, almost RM35,000 cheaper than before! People who is considering for Toyota Camry might take a look at the Prius now, albeit both are from different classes.
