Purchase Movie Tickets on the Go with Maxis Movies App for iPhone, iPad and Android

Buying movie tickets is now much easier and hassle-free with the launch of the new mobile ticketing app, called the Maxis Movies app from Maxis yesterday, specially designed to use on iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
With the Maxis Movies app, Maxis users can now make movie reservations or purchase movie tickets (including choosing the seats of your choice) on the go, at anytime, anywhere, directly from their smart phones. Currently, only two cinemas, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and TGV Cinemas are integrated into Maxis Movies. Payments can be made via Paypal only.

Besides, users can also check information on movie listings, show times, read movie synopsis, watch trailers, and last but not least, is the ability to share/suggest your favourite movie choices with your friends on Facebook & Twitter.

For using the Maxis Movies app, you can purchase two movies tickets at the price of one on every Tuesday (Maxis called it the Maxis Movie Day), on movies screened after 6.00pm. The Buy-1 Get-1 Free movie ticket offer is applicable to movie ticket purchases from TGV and Golden Screen Cinemas and is on till the end of the year.
